If your Claire Crowley Portable purchase does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Please contact us and quote your order details in your message. Reference the products that you wish to return, and indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
After we have correctly received your goods, we will refund the amount of the returned goods to the payment method used to place your original order within 30 business days. Exchanges will be re-shipped within 1-2 business days after we have received your return.
